Stephen C. Lenker, Jr.

Mr. Lenker’s practice focuses on commercial transactions, commercial real estate and corporate law. In connection with his practice, Mr. Lenker represents clients in a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, lending transactions, and the formation and restructuring of business entities.

Mr. Lenker graduated from Brigham Young University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies and a minor in English. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1996 where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and a member of the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal. 

Mr. Lenker is admitted to practice in South Carolina.
