Dennis DiSabato, Jr

Dennis DiSabato, Jr. is a seasoned real estate attorney with over 18 years of legal experience, specializing in residential and commercial real estate, land use, estate planning, probate administration, and general civil litigation. He is barred in New York, New Jersey, and South Carolina, bringing a diverse perspective to his legal practice.

Dennis earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Binghamton University in 2000 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2004. He began his legal career in 2005 and has since built a reputation for his expertise and dedication to his clients.

In addition to his legal practice, Dennis has been an active member of his community, serving as an elected representative on the Horry County Council for District 3 since 2016, where he is currently entering his third term. He is also a graduate of Leadership Grand Strand Class XXIX and Leadership CCAR 2024, reflecting his commitment to leadership and community engagement.

Outside of his professional life, Dennis is an avid reader and enjoys playing golf and sporting clay shooting. He is a passionate fan of the New York Knicks and the New York Yankees. As a devoted family man, he shares his life with his wife, Laura, whom he married in 2015, and their two children: Olivia, born in 2018, and Dennis “Trey” III, born in 2022. He is also a proud dance dad, supporting his daughter’s artistic endeavors.
