If your real estate license expires June 30, 2017, the Real Estate Commission just ruled that you fall under the existing state law for continuing education. This means you will only have to complete eights hours of continuing education this year. Of the eight hours, four hours must be core and four hours may be elective. For licensees who expire June 30, 2018 you will be required to accrue the increased ten hours of continuing education.
Blair Cato will begin classes in the spring and will offer several classes each month until the deadline date. The cost will only be $50 for all eight hours. Class dates will be released shortly.
