I don’t know about you but for the past few weeks all I have heard is how the housing market was slowing down and how 2019 was going to be a difficult year. It was in a word . . . depressing. Well, it looks like someone missed the media’s memo. Here is a great comment about the housing market that should give us all some needed good news and hope.
“With the latest revisions, the average job growth over the last three months — at 254,000 — is remarkably strong. This is good news for the housing market, where the strong job market boosts the confidence of potential home buyers. The strong reading was certainly needed, given the incredible stock market volatility this past month.” — Mike Fratantoni, Mortgage Bankers Association.

Please join Blair Cato in fighting hunger and food insecurity.
After every closing in January and February, Blair Cato will donate a can of food to the Souper Bowl of Caring on behalf of the home buyer. We will ask the home buyer to sign the food can that will be donated so that the buyer will be recognized for their donation.
Also, we will be sending an email to the buyer and seller and asking them not to move the food in their pantry but rather bring it to the closing so that it can be donated to the Souper Bowl of Caring.
Please help by encouraging your clients to bring their pantries to closing so we can feed needy Midland families.
