Garrett runs The Maroon Group, a top 1% team in Southeast Virginia, and also is the co-owner and head coach of The Faithful Agent, a coaching and training company for Christians in Real Estate. He also co-hosts his own podcast, The Faithful Agent podcast, which is consistently ranked in the top 50 podcasts for real estate. Since discovering the Common Agent Scoreboard Garrett has been on a mission to help agents reclaim an intentional life. Currently, Bill co-founded CloseSimple, a software aiding 200+ Title & Escrow companies nationwide. The platform facilitates communication during the closing process through Automated Text Messages, Beautifully-Branded Email, and a visual timeline known as the ‘Pizza Tracker for Title.

Brandon Smith

Brandon Smith is an award-winning public speaker, entrepreneur, and author. He hosts “The Missoula Podcast” and he and his wife co-authored the best-selling children’s book “Happy as a Hippo.”

He is a sought-after speaker, known for his ability to motivate and inspire audiences to think differently and reach their full potential. He has 19 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently serves as the EVP of Development & Strategy for Glidewell, a Montana-based insurance and investment firm. He is also the founder of Producer Development Program, a marketing and development program for independent insurance agents, and co-founder of Insurance Agency Owners Alliance, an association of over 8,000 agency owners who innovate and collaborate through live events, webinars, and more.

He attended Southwestern University on a basketball scholarship. He is a die-hard Red Sox fan, loves coffee and Wi-Fi, and was once a line leader in second grade. He resides in Missoula, Montana with his wife Joy and their three children Avery, Boston, and Harper.

Darryl Davis

Darryl Davis

Starting his real estate career at the age of 19, Darryl Davis of Darryl Davis Seminars became a top producer in his first year and as an active associate, generated an average of 6 transactions a month. After a successful sales career, Darryl opened a new office that became the #1 listing and selling office in the first 6 months.

Darryl soon realized that his true joy in life came from coaching others to achieve their goals. He decided to share his ideas with the industry through one-day seminars, workshops & becoming a professional speaker. Realizing these one-day seminars were just a quick fix that didn’t make a lasting impact in an agent’s production; he created The POWER Program®, the only year-long course for real estate agents.

In 1993 he taught his first class and the agents that graduated went from averaging 15 transactions a year to 35 transactions. Now there are several Power Leaders who teach The POWER Program nationwide to almost 1,000 agents a year.

Darryl speaks with a commitment to the success of others. Unlike most speakers, he moves beyond simple “tips” and “how-to’s” and coaches sales people to emulate the effective techniques of top producers.

The ART of Real Estate was founded with one question: What if buying and selling real estate could be a great experience? I’ve been asking myself that question for 15+ years.

After becoming a Realtor®, I quickly teamed up with my now partner, Mary Lane Sloan, to form The ART of Real Estate with the idea that one agent cannot be productive in real estate and give the level of service that the client deserves. Out of the formation of this idea, paired with hard work and ingenuity, we began to expand our team, keeping in mind that quality must equal quantity. Through the development of this team, I became the Broker-in-Charge when Mary Lane and myself decided to take our team’s systems, values, beliefs and brand to create The ART of Real Estate brokerage. By building on our core values of being a client-centered team, we have an extensive core staff, that includes a Listing Coordinator, Closing Coordinator, Client Care Coordinator, Videographer, Photographer and a Lead Coordinator, that helps our agents maintain the customer service our clients deserve while selling a high volume of homes.

Being raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I grew up very accustomed to the hustle and bustle of the touristy town. With my first job washing dishes at a local restaurant, I developed a very powerful work ethic and learned just how well effort and hard work can pay off, when combined with customer service. I pursued my undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina, during which I fell in love with Columbia and decided to settle in and build some roots. Upon graduating, I was determined to create my own path in life, no matter what that was. It was then, that I discovered just how well my talents in marketing and problem solving blended very well with the real estate industry.

Maybe it was my years of working in customer service combined with my drive to always learn and master innovation that has allowed me to stay one step ahead of the competition. I use hard work and determination to find new ways to integrate technology with competitive sales tactics to drive the modern real estate industry of the future.

Taley Hunt

Taley is a 3rd year Real Estate Agent who entered the real estate world after obtaining her Bachelor of Mass Communication and Master of Business of Administration degrees. After moving to a new state in 2020, Taley’s pursuit of her real estate license was brought on by corporate hiring freezes in her then job field. She is a military spouse and services the Columbia, SC, and surrounding areas.

Over the past 3 years, Taley has sold over $75 million worth of real estate and served over 260 clients. Her business is built by referral and non-paid online marketing only. Utilizing apps like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, Taley has learned to spread her reach far and wide.

As Taley continues to grow her business, she remembers that her core values are Faith, Family, and Service. Through comment involvement, networking, and philanthropic efforts, Taley is building a life by design.
