Jim Remley
Jim entered the industry at just 19 years old, and quickly made a name for himself by becoming ranked in the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide. In one twelve-month period, Jim listed over 150 properties – shattering sales records in the process. At 24, he opened his first Real Estate Company and grew it to 17 offices, making it the largest independent real estate company in Oregon. After selling the firm, Jim went on to become a sought-after instructor for the National Association of REALTORS as well as the co-founder of the Luxury Home Council. As the author of the prestigious Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Designation (ALHS) and three bestselling books including Sell Your Home in Any Market, Jim has appeared on numerous television and radio programs and been interviewed on CNN’s Open House. Today Jim leads one of the largest real estate firms in the state of Oregon closing 3000 transactions a year and over a 1.4 Billion dollars in sales volume a year with just over 220 active Brokers.

Damian Burris
Damian Burris was a recipient of the North America 40 under 40 award in 2022. One of the most prestigious business awards to acquire. He was presented this award in New York at St Regis.
Damian Burris has been a noteworthy leader in the Real Estate space. You may know him from his work as the Broker-in- Charge at Executive Realty Group but Damian can also be credited with contributions to Law Enforcement and Financial Literacy. Damian Burris has been honored with recognition for his contributions to Real Estate, Motivational Speaking and Financial Literacy. He attended Northeastern Tech where he studied Criminal Justice. Upon completion of his coursework, he began his career in Law Enforcement. Mr. Burris led an impressive career as a Police Officer and later an Investigator in his twelve years working in Law Enforcement. In 2006 while working as a detective in Camden, SC, he was named to the Major Crimes Investigative Unit. He continued in this role through 2016 until he was injured in the line of duty which forced him to medically resign.
Prior to his current role at Executive Realty Group, Damian worked as a Realtor with Graham Realty in Camden, SC beginning in 2015, helping families realize their dream of homeownership. During this time, he became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, and he also served on the Kershaw County Board of Realtors for two years. His drive, perseverance, knowledge of the law, and excellence in sales and customer experience led him to become co-owner of the fastest growing real estate brokerage in the state of South Carolina..
Damian has taught more than 500+ students the state curriculum for real estate. Damian Burris is also a well-trained negotiator, having an extensive background in interviewing tactics, he understands the art of communications. Garrett Maroon
Garrett started with just 40 people in his database and since then, in just over 8 years, has sold 500+ homes, 100% by repeat and referral. Garrett brings substantial experience and expertise to his team and their clients.
Garrett also is the co-owner of a coaching company, The Faithful Agent. He co-hosts his own podcast, The Faithful Agent podcast, and launched their first Faithful Agent Conference. He also owns and runs an e-commerce business.
Most importantly, his wife, Rachel, his three kids (Haddie – 5, Dylan – 3, Ivy – 1) and his puppy Sampson keep him busy outside of work. He is actively involved in his church and loves dad jokes!
Tyler Wilson
Tyler is a 10-year alumni of professional baseball turned lover of all things real estate. After 7 years with the Baltimore Orioles and 3 years abroad in Seoul, South Korea, Tyler began his next chapter in life by leading over 50 families in the homebuying process before transitioning to land acquisition and development for a national homebuilder. Tyler brings an elite mindset focused on how to achieve the pinnacle of your industry while creating an impact, all without losing yourself along the way.
Tyler is the co-owner of The Faithful Agent, a coaching company that creates networking opportunities and mentors Christian entrepreneurs in growing their business. He co-hosts The Faithful Agent podcast and launched the first in person Faithful Agent Conference in 2023.
Tyler resides in Charlottesville, VA with his lovely bride Chelsea and their three kids – Max, Brady, (twin 4-year-old boys) and a girl Zoe (2) – with a fourth on the way! Tyler is a lover of all things sports and an active member of his church and the university communities.
